Interested in visiting the mountains for the first time?
Join us on October 20 as the GSA is organizing a day trip to experience the beauty of fall in Lake Louise.
The GSA only provides round trip transportation between the University of Calgary and the Fairmont Lake Louise. You are responsible to plan your time while in Lake Louise.
Below are some ideas of what you can do. Please consider making a reservation as Lake Louise can be very busy. You can also take shuttles to access other areas of Lake Louise – the schedules for these shuttles are not always frequent, plan accordingly.
- Ride the gondola at Lake Louise Ski Hill
- Have afternoon tea at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise
- Hike Lake Agnes
- Explore the village

Timeline:
8:00 – Departure from U of C – NO EXCEPTIONS
10:00 – Arrival at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise
4:00 – Departure from Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise – NO EXCEPTIONS
6:00 – Arrival at U of C
