ZOOLIGHTS – TICKETS MUST BE PICKED UP IN OFFICE

General Ticket (ages 16+): $16.50 (Regular General Ticket is $20.85 Plus GST)

Child Ticket (ages 3-15): $9 (Regular Child Ticket is $14.20 Plus GST)

ONLY GRADUATE STUDENTS CAN PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THEMSELVES OR FAMILY. A GRADUATE STUDENT IS A MASTERS OR PHD STUDENT CURRENTLY ENROLLED AT THE U OF C.

Exclusions

The following dates are excluded from ZOOLIGHTS admissions:

• November 25
• December 25

The GSA has tickets that you can purchase for Calgary ZOOLIGHTS. Please see the event details tab for more information about the Calgary ZOOLIGHTS. These are available to UCalgary graduate students and their families ONLY.

You may purchase up to 2 Child Tickets and a MAX of 2 General tickets per student. If you wish to purchase tickets above this number, please contact events.gsa@ucalgary.ca 

 PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY!

1. You can process a purchase of a ticket any time, BUT you must pick up your ticket only during GSA front desk hours from Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10 AM-3 PM. For example, if you purchase on Friday, you will have to wait until the following Tuesday at the earliest.
2. If you cannot make it to the GSA office during these times, please contact the GSA for other arrangements at 403-220-5997 or askgsa@ucalgary.ca, events.gsa@ucalgary.ca, or through the live chat on the GSA website at www.gsa.ucalgary.ca
3. Your ticket if lost or misplaced will not be replaced.
4. The GSA Office will close on December 24th, 2024 and reopen on Friday, January 2nd, 2026. All tickets must be picked up before closure. 
5. Tickets are non-refundable.
6. You do not need to purchase a timed ticket for the zoo. To redeem these tickets you will just need to bring them in when you would like to visit.
7. You are responsible for reading the health and safety guidelines from the Calgary Zoo. You can find them HERE.
8. There is a limited quantity and we cannot guarantee speed of restocking the tickets.
9. The 2025 Calgary Zoo Lights tickets are valid until January 4, 2026 and cannot be used after that date.
10. If tickets must be picked up before January 4th, 2026.
11. The 2025 Calgary Zoo Lights tickets cannot be used towards upgrading a ticket (i.e. general admission or membership). They can only be used for the Zoo lights event.
12. Your ticket/tickets cannot be picked up without your UCalgary Grad Student email or UCID
13. If you place an order for a ticket/tickets but decide to switch the type of ticket, you will be charged a processing fee.
