Key Details
- Each gift card is valid for one admission for ages 12+ and should cover the entire cost of your visit. However, Trapped staff may request ID ( These tickets are gift cards offered at a discounted entry price. In some instances, students may be mistakenly charged the difference between the GSA discounted price and the regular admission. To avoid this, please retain your purchase confirmation email and have it readily available to present if needed.).
- Trapped Escape Rooms offers:
- Themed specialty drinks served in complimentary souvenir cups. (Any food and drink costs are not covered by the GSA pass.)
- A robot escorting guests to briefing areas and serving drinks.
- A retail section with take-home escape games, humorous socks, and more.
- Wheelchair-accessible facilities.

Hours of Operation:
Monday–Thursday: 2–10 PM
Friday: 2 PM–12 AM
Saturday: 12 PM–12 AM
Sunday: 12–9 PM
Important Notes:
- ONLY GRADUATE STUDENTS currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program at the University of Calgary may purchase tickets.
- You may purchase up to 4 gift cards per student. Orders exceeding this limit will be refunded minus processing fees.
- These gift cards must be picked up from the GSA office within 90 days of purchase. After this window, your order will be canceled without a refund.
- Retain your order confirmation email. It may be required to verify your GSA membership and avoid additional fees.
Gift Card Pickup Policy:
- Physical gift cards cannot be emailed.
- Pick-up is available only during GSA front desk hours:
- Tuesdays to Thursdays, 10 AM–3 PM.
- If you purchase on Friday or later, the earliest pickup will be the following Tuesday.

Additional Terms:
- Lost or misplaced gift cards cannot be replaced.
