General Ticket (ages 16+): $22 (Regular price: $29.95 + GST)
Child Ticket (ages 3-15): $13 (Regular price: $19.95 + GST)
Eligibility:
- ONLY graduate students (Masters or PhD, currently enrolled at the University of Calgary) can purchase tickets for themselves or their families.
- You must use your UCalgary email address when placing an order.
Purchase Rules:
- Limit: 4 tickets per student. Any orders exceeding this limit will be refunded minus processing fees.
- Tickets are physical only and must be picked up from the GSA office. They cannot be emailed.
- Tickets must be picked up within 90 days of purchase during GSA front desk hours (Tuesday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
- If tickets are not picked up within 90 days, your order will be void, and no refund will be issued.
Important Details:
- Tickets are valid until December 31, 2025, and cannot be used after this date.
- Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or misplaced.
- Once picked up, tickets are non-refundable.
- The GSA email confirmation does not grant admission to the zoo.

- Limited quantities are available, and restocking is not guaranteed.
- If you decide to cancel or switch ticket types, a processing fee will be charged.
