Professional Development Grants (PDGs) are funded by the GSA.
PDGs support academic and professional activities that are not part of degree requirements but help strengthen graduate students’ skills and experience.
You must review the 2025 to 2026 PDG Terms of Reference before applying.
Your application must be complete before you submit it.
Only complete applications will be reviewed.
Only completed activities are eligible.
For the Winter 2026 intake, eligible activities must be completed within the timeframe outlined in the 2025–2026 Professional Development Grant Terms of Reference.
Have all your supporting documents ready in one PDF file (receipts, proof of attendance, and other required documents).
