• Please note that these passes are valid for one full game of mini golf, covering all 18 holes. They do not include access to additional games or entry to the arcade

ONLY GRADUATE STUDENTS CAN PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THEMSELVES OR FAMILY. A GRADUATE STUDENT IS A MASTERS OR PHD STUDENT CURRENTLY ENROLLED AT THE U OF C.

TICKETS MUST BE PICKED UP FROM THE GSA OFFICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THAT WINDOW YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND.

THE GSA EMAIL WILL NOT GIVE YOU ADMISSION TO MONSTER MINI GOLF.

IF YOU PURCHASED 2024 TICKETS BUT DID NOT PICK THEM UP, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

You may purchase up to 4 tickets per student. If you purchase tickets above this number your order will be refunded minus our processing fees. This means if you place another order for additional tickets on top of your 4 tickets limit the order will not be accepted and you will be refunded minus our processing fees.

 PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY!

1. Tickets are physical only and cannot be emailed to you.
2. You can process a purchase of a ticket any time, BUT you must pick up your ticket only during GSA front desk hours from Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10 AM-3 PM. For example, if you purchase on Friday, you will have to wait until the following Tuesday at the earliest.
3. Tickets must be picked up within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, your order will be void and no refunds will be processed.
4. If you cannot make it to the GSA office during these times, please contact the GSA for other arrangements at 403-220-5997 or askgsa@ucalgary.ca, events.gsa@ucalgary.ca, or through the live chat on the GSA website at www.gsa.ucalgary.ca
5. Your ticket if lost or misplaced will not be replaced.
6. Once a ticket has been picked up, they are non-refundable.
7. There is a limited quantity and we cannot guarantee speed of restocking the tickets.
8. Your ticket/tickets cannot be picked up without your UCalgary Grad Student email or UCID.
9. If you place an order for a ticket/tickets but decide to cancel them or switch the type of ticket you will be charged a processing fee.
10. Please note that you are attending this event at your own discretion, and the GSA will not be held liable if you are exposed to or in contact of Covid -19, if you experience injury or loss of personal property it is also your responsibility to follow all  of the venues guidelines and safety measures.
