Calgary Zoo 2024 Tickets MUST BE PICKED UP IN OFFICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

General Ticket (ages 16+): $22 (Regular General Ticket is $29.95 + GST)

Child Ticket (ages 3-15): $13 (Regular Child Ticket is $$19.95 + GST)

ONLY GRADUATE STUDENTS CAN PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THEMSELVES OR FAMILY. A GRADUATE STUDENT IS A MASTERS OR PHD STUDENT CURRENTLY ENROLLED AT THE U OF C.

TICKETS MUST BE PICKED UP FROM THE GSA OFFICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THAT WINDOW YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND.

THE GSA EMAIL WILL NOT GIVE YOU ADMISSION TO THE ZOO.

IF YOU PURCHASED 2023 TICKETS BUT DID NOT PICK THEM UP, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

The GSA has tickets that you can purchase for Calgary Zoo. Please see the event details tab for more information about Calgary Zoo. These are available to UCalgary graduate students and their friends and families ONLY. When placing your order please only use your UCalgary email.

You may purchase up to 4 tickets per student. If you purchase tickets above this number your order will be refunded minus our processing fees. This means if you place another order for additional tickets on top of your 4 tickets limit the order will not be accepted and you will be refunded minus our processing fees.

 PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY!

1. Tickets are physical only and cannot be emailed to you.
2. You can process a purchase of a ticket any time, BUT you must pick up your ticket only during GSA front desk hours from Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10 AM-3 PM. For example, if you purchase on Friday, you will have to wait until the following Tuesday at the earliest.
3. Tickets must be picked up within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, your order will be void and no refunds will be processed.
4. If you cannot make it to the GSA office during these times, please contact the GSA for other arrangements at 403-220-5997 or askgsa@ucalgary.ca, events.gsa@ucalgary.ca, or through the live chat on the GSA website at www.gsa.ucalgary.ca
5. Your ticket if lost or misplaced will not be replaced.
6. Once a ticket has been picked up, they are non-refundable. That means if COVID-19 restrictions increase causing closure of the zoo and you haven’t used your ticket, we will not be refunding you.
7. You do not need to purchase a timed ticket for the zoo. To redeem these tickets you will just need to bring them in when you would like to visit.
8. You are responsible for reading the health and safety guidelines from the Calgary Zoo. You can find them HERE.
9. There is a limited quantity and we cannot guarantee speed of restocking the tickets.
10. The 2024 Calgary Zoo tickets are valid until December 31st 2024 and cannot be used after that date.
11. Your ticket/tickets cannot be picked up without your UCalgary Grad Student email.
12. If you place an order for a ticket/tickets but decide to cancel them or switch the type of ticket you will be charged a processing fee.
13. Please note that you are attending this event at your own discretion, and the GSA will not be held liable if you are exposed to or in contact of Covid -19 it is also your responsibility to follow all Covid-19 guidelines and safety measures.
