The GSA is seeking graduate students to serve as Stewards in their faculties and departments. Stewards support academically employed graduate students by sharing information, addressing concerns, and helping ensure fair treatment.

Looking for ways to get more involved as a graduate student? The Graduate Students’ Association (GSA) is welcoming members to join our Committees and Subcommittees.

As a committee member, you will gain opportunities to:

  • Build your leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Expand your network and meet fellow graduate students.
  • Contribute to projects and events that improve graduate student life.
  • Strengthen your CV with meaningful volunteer experience.

Members play an active role by helping with planning, supporting events in person when possible, and contributing through reviewing, giving feedback, or assisting with initiatives. While the time commitment is flexible, we ask that applicants join with the intention of participating and contributing regularly (4–8 hours per month).
