That Grad Space is a modern graduate student space managed by the GSA located in the lobby of the Crowsnest Hall. That Grad Space is available for student and committee events.

About The Space

The Graduate Students' Association of the University of Calgary is excited to announce the opening of That Grad Space, a brand-new and modern graduate student space located in the lobby of the Crowsnest Hall. This space will serve as the home for graduate student related events, socials, meetings, workshops, and more! That Grad Space shall be bookable by graduate student groups between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm from Mondays to Fridays. All graduate students shall have access to the Lobby of Crowsnest Hall via Unicard.

Booking Events in That Grad Space

Groups or individuals wishing to host an event in That Grad Space can book an event in the space by filling out the submission form below. DGAs, GSGs, or GSA Committees can book That Grad Space using the Event Submission Form.
Please note: The event hosted in That Grad Space must be open to all graduate students. An event volunteer/organizer at the event must be available to lead participants to the muster point should an emergency occur, and the contact for that event volunteer/organizer is provided at the time of the booking request.
