Wednesdays, October 11 – March 27 (Break between December 6 and January 3)| 4 pm (MDT)| Outside around campus until weather changes then inside gym upstairs on the track. | FREE

Join us every Wednesday for a Mental Health and Wellness Run & Walk Club! Meet in front of the fitness centre! Beginners and all skill levels welcome, and no experience required! Attendees will have the chance to win a gift card every week, or will have the option to donate the amount to charity!
