Exercise for free this spring with the GSA with upbeat and fun music. Zumba is a great activity to de-stress, exercise, and spend time with your friends and families. Minors are welcome. This session will continue throughout the spring and summer semesters.

Paint Party is back for the spring semester! Harness your inner Monet. The class will be taught by a professional local artist who will guide us through the reproduction of a selected piece of artwork. In this workshop you will be led through the painting process, from mixing colours, to using your creativity to make the piece unique.

We’ll be covering various themes such as stress management, self-care, motivation, goal setting, conflict management, managing the job search as well as other topics that are important to you!
