About Us
The University of Calgary Graduate Students' Association represents the collective interests, but not individual opinions, of graduate students to governing bodies of the university, all levels of government and the surrounding community of Calgary. The University of Calgary GSA is a member of the Alberta Graduate Council.
Volunteering at the GSA
The GSA is a volunteer-driven organization that regularly recruits graduate students to help out with everything from drafting policy, to adovacating for graduate education to the Alberta government to helping plan and excute events. All volunteer opportunities are advertized heavily on the GSA homepage as well as the weekly e-newsletter, GSA News & Views.
However, the GSA is always looking for students who want to be actively engaged. If you're interested in volunteering for the GSA, please contact the Vice-president Student Life at vpsl@gsa.ucalgary.ca, or stop by the GSA office (214 MLT).
